Carl Pettersson, B.Sc. (Econ.) (34) has been appointed new Development Director and member of the Executive Committee of Aktia Bank plc. His areas of responsibility are the telephone and online channels, business development and cooperation partners.
Mr. Pettersson is employed by Aktia since 2008, before his new appointment he was Director for the telephone and online channels. Previously, he has been Director for Aktia's region Eastern Uusimaa and Branch Manager at Osuuspankki Raasepori.
Deputy Managing Director Taru Narvanmaa has been appointed Managing Director's alternate.
The appointments will enter into force on 1 September 2014.
As of 1 September 2014, Aktia’s Executive Committee comprises Managing Director Jussi Laitinen, Deputy Managing Director Taru Narvanmaa, Development Director Carl Pettersson, CFO Fredrik Westerholm and Director Magnus Weurlander. Deputy Managing Director Jarl Sved is member of the Executive Committee up until his retirement on 31 December 2014. CRO Juha Hammarén, who will take office on 9 September 2014, is also member of the Executive Committee.
