On 16 June 2014, we were notified that, on 11 June 2014, Dr Briggs Morrison, a
person discharging managerial responsibilities, sold 13,677 American Depositary
Shares (ADSs) of AstraZeneca PLC at an average price of $73.79 per ADS. One ADS
equals one Ordinary Share.
