This year, the company topped the list landing the #1 spot for all companies in the Corridor.
Clickstop's owner and CEO, Tim Guenther, along with his family and 26 employees, received the award at the ceremony on June 17th at the Cedar Rapids Marriott. The event was run by the CBJ and sponsored by the Eastern Iowa Airport, the Marriott and Skywalk Group. Twenty-four Corridor-based businesses were honored in Small (20 or fewer employees), Medium (21-99 employees), and Large (100+ employees) categories.

The Coolest Place to Work list recognizes engaging, fun and rewarding workplaces. The companies chosen were selected through an application and employee satisfaction survey. At least 50% of employees in the nominated companies had to participate in the survey to qualify. The questions included a range of topics from work and life balance, leadership style, flexibility, communication, compensation, and career opportunity.
Clickstop was founded in 2005 when Guenther launched the company's first- and now largest online retail store- USCargoControl.com. The company has received numerous awards for growth, including five consecutive years on the CBJ's Fastest Growing Companies list and four years on Inc. Magazine's Fastest Growing Companies in America list.
