Halvorson said, "In keeping with the Company's new direction into the field of Big Data, and discontinuance of any mining related operations, our new management determined that a name change was appropriate. After taking control of MCCO in a stockholder reverse merger on May 2, 2014, and the name change became effective, along with reverse of the common stock of 1:300 shares. FINRA approved these actions with an effective date of June 19, 2014."
The Company will be developing various predictive analytic platforms involving its patented real-time search engine. It has targeted the fall of 2014 for release of its first product in the financial arena for both professional and online stock traders, which has been tested in various formats during the past year.
