(NASDAQ: CLRX) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 913,500 shares of its common stock, offered at a public offering price of $2.00 per share. Gross proceeds to CollabRx from this offering are expected to be $1,827,000 before deducting the underwriting discount and other estimated offering expenses payable by CollabRx. CollabRx anticipates using the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including development of their products and services, general and administrative expenses and working capital. CollabRx has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an aggregate of 137,025 additional shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on or about June 25, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions
