Issuer – AB Amber Grid (hereinafter – the Issuer) hereby informs that it received the notification from the shareholder of the Issuer UAB EPSO-G (legal entity code: 302826889, registered address: Juozapavičiaus g. 13, LT-09311 Vilnius, Lithuania, hereinafter – UAB EPSO-G) on acquisition of voting rights.
According to the information provided, on 19 June 2014 UAB EPSO‑G acquired from OAO Gazprom and other small shareholders of the Issuer 71,287,168 (seventy one million two hundred eighty seven thousand one hundred sixty eight) ordinary registered non-certificated shares of the Issuer, granting 39.96% of votes in the general shareholders meeting of the Issuer.
After transfer of the shares of the Issuer UAB EPSO-G owns the shares of the Issuer which grant 96.56% of votes in the general shareholders meeting of the Issuer. The price of the block of the shares of the Issuer acquired by UAB EPSO-G is EUR 54,320,822.02 (fifty four million three hundred thousand eight hundred twenty two euros and two cents).
