Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.07 per Share


LOS ANGELES, June 20, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HAFC) ("Hanmi"), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on or about July 14, 2014, to Hanmi's stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2014.

"We continue to work to build our franchise and return value to shareholders. We view cash dividends as an important component of our strategy," said C. G. Kum, President and Chief Executive Officer. At the stock price of $21.91 per share at the close of the market on June 19, 2014, the current dividend equates to a yield of 1.28% on an annualized basis.

The payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis.
