On Friday, June 20, 2014, the Company filed its statement for the annual meeting of stockholders (the "Proxy Statement") with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") and mailed it to stockholders of record as of the record date for the annual meeting (June 9, 2014).
