Tribona AB (publ) acquires logistics property in Trelleborg

Tribona has, via company, acquired a logistics property in Trelleborg with a property value of approximately SEK 60m. Seller is Stefan Lindberg SL AB.

The property Trelleborg Tankbilen 7 is a modern logistics property built 2008 located in a good logistic position in Trelleborg with a lettable area of 8.700 sq.m. The property is fully leased to Golvpoolen AB, who has a lease agreement of approximately 15 years extending to 2028-12-31.

Access is planned to take place 2 January 2015 and at the same time the purchase price will be paid.
