1. On June 20, 2014, Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), Oslo, Norway
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, Germany, have exceeded
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 19, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 3.84% (this corresponds to 806860 Voting Rights).
2. On June 20, 2014, the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the state of
Norway, Oslo, Norway has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of
the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on June 19,
2014 and on that day amounted to 3.84% (this corresponds to 806860 Voting
Rights).
3.84% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 806860 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under its control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in Bechtle AG amounts to 3 percent or more:
Norges Bank.
