Truxton Trust Names Marketing Executive, Jeffrey W. Buntin, Jr. to Its Board of Directors

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Truxton Trust (OTCQB:TRUX) announced today that Jeffrey W. Buntin, Jr., President and CEO of The Buntin Group, Nashville, was elected to the Board of Directors of Truxton Trust and its holding company, Truxton Holdings.

In making the announcement, Truxton President and CEO Tom Stumb said, "We are honored to have Jeffrey Buntin, Jr. as a new member of our Board. Currently, Buntin serves on the Board of the Ensworth School and is the past Chairman of the Board of Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee, is a Board Member of AAAA's (American Association of Advertising Agencies) River States Council Board of Governors and a founding member of Nashville's Davidson Group. He began his advertising career with Bozell Worldwide, Chicago, and is the recipient of a number of national awards and recognition including Silver Medal winner for Nashville Advertising Federation, the Jay Chiat Strategic Planning Awards and AAF Copywriter of the year. The national ADDY Awards named him the youngest judge ever in that competitions' distinguished history. A graduate of Montgomery Bell Academy and Washington & Lee University, he is married with three children and resides in Nashville, Tennessee.
