Mission Ready Services Inc. Announces Signing of Representation Agreement With Heapsylon Sensoria(R)

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mission Ready Services Inc. (TSX-V:MRS)– Mission Ready Services Inc. ("Mission Ready" or "MRSI") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Representation Agreement (the "Agreement") with Heapsylon, LLC ("Heapsylon") through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Protect The Force Inc. ("Protect The Force" or "PTF"). The Agreement appoints Protect The Force as Heapsylon's representative of its products to the US Federal Government and affiliated agencies.

Protect The Force will leverage its vast network of key decision makers within the US Federal Government, Department of Defense and First Responder markets to provide Heapsylon with manufacturing representation services for their flagship Sensoria product line which includes the Sensoria Fitness T-Shirt, Sensoria Fitness Sports-Bra and the Sensoria Fitness Socks.

As a potentially lifesaving healthcare solution, the Sensoria® technology provides systems and services that are able to monitor patients remotely—and around the clock—to prevent, manage and detect falls, foot injuries or complications, collect patient data, reduce costs and readmissions, and provide better quality care to patients.

The Sensoria® smart sock is a working prototype that is equipped with 100% textile sensors that connect magnetically to an electronic anklet. It measures plantar pressure and force, and can wirelessly transmit the data to everything from a mobile device to Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act compliant cloud based repository system for analytics and behavioral feedback. Direct, real-time, and actionable patient feedback is provided via a smartphone application. Clinical scenarios addressable with Sensoria® include: rehabilitation, peripheral neuropathy, fall detection, fall prevention, prosthetics, and decubitus ulcers.

Francisco Martinez, Chief Technical Officer of Mission Ready states, "As a Company, we operate with a unified belief that great success is realized by staying ahead of the curve, pioneering improved technologies in emerging markets and constantly striving to identify innovative ways to enhance current products and streamline existing processes. The Sensoria® product line is an excellent fit with this mandate and we are excited to work with Heapsylon to increase their product saturation and create new marketplaces with an immediate focus on the medical community and the Department of Defense."
