Alpha Commences Legal Proceedings Against NexGen Energy


VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ALPHA EXPLORATION INC. ("AEX" or the "Company") (TSX-V:AEX) announced today that, following a thorough review of all relevant information concerning the matters described in its news release dated June 2, 2014, as well as attempts to settle this dispute, the Company has commenced legal proceedings against NexGen Energy Ltd. and the Company's former Vice-President, Exploration, Garrett Ainsworth. Information concerning the progress of these proceedings will be disclosed in due course.
