update software AG to renew its successful reseller partnership with
Inspur

Vienna, Frankfurt, 25 June 2014 +++ update software AG, a leading provider
of CRM software, is renewing its reseller partnership, commenced in 2012,
with the Chinese company Inspur, the leading hardware producer in the
Chinese market.
11 customers, more than 5,600 users and numerous prospects - this is the
track record so far of the two-year business partnership between Austria's
update software AG and Inspur in China. In order to continue on this
successful path together the reseller contract has been renewed for another
two years. In the negotiations, new terms and conditions were agreed with
Inspur which are significantly more attractive from update's viewpoint.
update software AG sees a strong medium and long-term potential in the
Chinese market and Inspur has proven to be a reliable partner with whom to
further drive the successful development of the Chinese market.
Based on update's CRM solutions, the Chinese business will be managed
entirely by Inspur. Both companies cooperate in developing the software
further, adapting it to the needs and specific processes of the Chinese
market and in thus ensuring that the local requirements are ideally met.
Close contact with associates at update's head office, intense training of
the Chinese personnel and classic partner services are provided to support
Inspur in its role as reseller of the CRM solutions.

'speaks our language' and already has the right contacts in the Chinese
