Pulsion Medical Systems SE: Downlisting

Feldkirchen, 25.06.2014 

Pulsion Medical Systems SE today submitted an application for revocation of
admission of its shares to the Prime Standard following the decision of the
administrative board with regard to downlisting of May 15, 2014 as
announced ad-hoc. Further the company submitted an application for
revocation of admission of its shares to the regulated market. Both
applications were sent today to the management board of the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange (FWB).

The revocation of admission to the Prime Standard becomes effective  three
months after its publication by the management board of the FWB on the
Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com). Such revocation has no impact on the
admission to the regulated market (General Standard).
 
The revocation of admission to the regulated market becomes effective
presumably six months  after its publication by the management board of the
FWB on the Internet (www.deutsche-boerse.com).
At that time the shares of Pulsion Medical Systems SE will be traded only
in the open market.
