On June 25th, Ramirent received the “Rental Safety Campaign of the Year” award at the Annual Convention of the European Rental Association (ERA) held in Amsterdam from 24 to 26 June 2014. The European Rental Awards 2014 competition was organised in partnership with International Rental News Magazine.
At the awards ceremony, Ramirent’s CEO Magnus Rosén said: "Receiving this award is of great importance to us. We are continuously working to strengthen our safety offering and competences. By taking an overall approach to the construction process, we offer customers a solution that covers safety needs throughout the entire construction process enabling a secure work environment. The winning criteria for the category were based on achievements in 2013. Ramirent was awarded for raising awareness on safety in the construction industry and also positioning the rental industry as a knowledgeable actor in the field of safety. The safety campaign was run in Sweden where demand for rental safety equipment has increased as well as the demand for safety training among customers. Machines and safety knowledge are connected in a natural way in the Ramirent offering to support improving safety in all operations. Ramirent also offers digital safety tools easy to use for everyone at the construction site.
