Senate Properties and SRV have signed an agreement on designing and constructing a court and police building in Joensuu, Finland. Design work will start in the autumn and construction work is likely to start in the spring 2015. The project will be completed in the autumn 2017. The court and police building is approximately 10 000 square metres, and the value of the contract is EUR 30 million.
The project will be carried out with a so-called alliance contract model for top projects. The model has been introduced by Senate Properties. The project management fee is fixed, but the project enables SRV to earn additional fees based on key performance areas.
