Shelton Petroleum AB (publ) owner of 28.8% of the shares in Petrogrand AB (publ), has today 26 June 2014 withdrawn its request for an EGM in Petrogrand AB. Therefore, the Board of Directors of Petrogrand AB decided to cancel the EGM which should have taken place on 27 June 2014 13:00.
