Cancellation of redeemed ordinary shares in East Capital Explorer AB


During June, the 1,481,049 ordinary shares that were tendered for redemption
during the redemption program that took place during the period of 6 May to 4
June 2014 were cancelled in accordance with the decision at the Annual General
Meeting on 22 April 2014.

The redeemed shares corresponded to 4.7 percent of the Company's outstanding
number of shares. The number of shares and votes in East Capital Explorer
thereby amounts to 29,943,260 on 30 June 2014. East Capital Explorer holds no
own shares.
