Clarification regarding the press release 26 June 2014



With reference to the press release of 26 June 2014, will Petrogrand AB clarify that the cash offer to Shelton Petroleum’s shareholders. Which is subject to, that the offer being accepted to such an extent that Petrogrand becomes the owner of more than 50 per cent of the total number of shares outstanding, runs forward unchanged to the end date. Petrogrand will after the cash bids end date 1 July 2014 to communicate the outcome of the offer..
