Basware renews scanning services agreement with global technology company in
Germany

Basware has renewed the scanning services agreement with a leading technology
company in Germany. Basware converts the customer's inbound paper invoices to e-
invoices in 3 continents and 18 countries worldwide. The value of the agreement
is EUR 350,000 over three years.

operations and significant cost savings with one centralized channel for
receiving 100% of their paper invoices across different regions. With Basware's
scanning services, the paper and e-mail invoices are converted to electronic
invoices. The customer receives only validated, structured e-invoices,
