Riga, Latvia, 2014-07-01 16:48 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Notification of significant event of the issuer– JSC “Rietumu Banka”, which the bank disclosed as the issuer of the financial instruments
JSC “Rietumu Banka” informs, that it has totally terminated its participation in capital of Bank`s subsidiary company JSC “RB Asset Management” IMC .
JSC “RB Asset Management” IMC has changed its name to JSC “Aquarium Investments” IMC.
At the same time we inform, that in January, 2014 JSC “Rietumu Banka” has founded new subsidiary company – joint stock company “Rietumu Asset Management” IMC, which provides individual investment management services.
On April 17, 2014 Financial and Capital Market Commission issued license to JSC “Rietumu Asset Management” IMC for providing investment services and indicated such allowed services:
- Management of investment funds,
- individual management of investor`s financial instruments in accordance with authorization from investor (portfolio management service);
- providing consultation on investments in financial instruments and keeping and administration of investment certificates of investments funds.
JSC “Rietumu Asset Management” IPS offers large amount of services, which complies with requirements and interests of investors in maximum.
