Financial Times Ranks Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc. as One of Top 300 Registered Investment Advisory Firms

Columbus wealth management firm named to prestigious list of financial advisers.

COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc., the Columbus wealth management firm, is included in the Financial Times' inaugural list of America's Top 300 Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs). The list, identified as the FT 300 was published on June 26 to provide its readers with "a snapshot of the best advisers to be found across the US."

The Financial Times solicited applications from more than 2,000 independent RIA firms who had $300 million or more in assets. Firms were graded on six broad factors and awarded a numeric score. Areas of consideration included assets under management (AUM), AUM growth, years the firm has been in existence, industry certifications of staff, SEC compliance record, and online accessibility. To make sure the list is relevant to individual investors, they required that no more than 75% of a practice's AUM be institutional.

"It is an honor to be included in the inaugural FT 300 list," said Peggy Ruhlin, CEO of Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc. "To be recognized for our hard work and dedication to our clients, so that they may achieve their financial planning and investment management goals, is very gratifying."

Budros, Ruhlin & Roe, Inc. is one of the nation's largest independent RIAs, with more than 600 clients and $2 billion of assets under management.
