(OTC Markets:FDNH), which focuses on the development and management of surgical hospitals and related ancillary services, announced today the appointment of Mr. Hubert King to the position of Chief Financial Officer, effective July 1, 2014.
Mr. King, previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SoutheastHEALTH, which is a four hospital system consisting of a tertiary care hospital with three satellite hospital facilities and multiple outpatient facilities. Mr. King's career includes other positions as Chief Financial Officer of hospitals and healthcare systems as well as public company experience as Vice President of a publically traded hospital services company with over $125 million in revenues. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with the firm of Ernst &Young. He holds a M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.S.B.A. in accounting from the University of Central Florida.
