NEW YORK, N.Y., July 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hilco Streambank has been retained by PoshBrands LLC to conduct a sale of assets, including its IP portfolio of trademarks, domain names, and customer list. Posh Brands, LLC operates as an e-commerce retailer of upscale furniture and interior design decorations in the United States targeting the Birth through age 12 market. The submission deadline for bids is July 21st, 2014 by 5PM EDT.

The company was founded in 2000 and is known worldwide for its children and baby furnishings, including cribs and fantasy themed beds. Posh Brands operates ecommerce sites through its two primary domains: PoshTots.com and PoshLiving.com.
