OEM International acquires Danish Scanding A/S


OEM International has today acquired Danish Scanding A/S. Scanding, with head
office on Jutland, had a turnover of approximately 25 MDKK in 2013 and market
flow components mainly for the process industry in Denmark.
-     Scanding is a well-managed company with a strong position on the Danish
market. The product range is very competitive and is a good supplement to the
product portfolio in our Group´s present Danish company OEM Automatic Klitsö. We
will encourage cooperation between the companies in many different areas, says
Jörgen Zahlin, Managing Director and CEO for OEM International.

The purchase sum amounts to approximately 4,5 MDKK, plus an additional purchase
sum based on the business development during the coming two years. The
acquisition is expected to have a marginal positive impact on OEM’s profit for
the current year.
