Sterne will represent the Company as lead counsel in its Inter Partes Review ("IPR") actions filed by RPX Corporation and Michael Farmwald with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office ("USPTO"). RPX and Farmwald filed three petitions for IPR last month and a fourth petition this week. This latest petition requests review of ParkerVision patent 7,496,342.
