OMA Announces Details of Second Capital Reduction Payment of Ps. 300 Million


MONTERREY, Mexico, July 3, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (Nasdaq:OMAB) (BMV:OMA), announces details for the payment of the second of four capital reduction payments that were approved by its shareholders.

The Annual General Shareholders' Meeting in its extraordinary session on April 10, 2014 approved reduction of the Company's capital by Ps. 1,200 million, by means of a reimbursement to shareholders to be paid in four installments.

The second payment of Ps.300 million, or Ps.0.75 per share, will be paid on July 22, 2014, against delivery of coupon 30. The record date for payment will be July 21, 2014, for owners of shares as well as holders of American Depositary Shares (ADSs).

Payment will be made at the offices of the share depositary, S.D. Indeval, S.A. de C.V. (INDEVAL), Reforma No. 255, 3er. piso, Colonia Cuauhtémoc 06500, Mexico City, D.F. Mexico, on Monday-Friday from 9:30am to 1pm.

Payment will be made to shareholders registered in OMA's share registry maintained by INDEVAL, or to others who demonstrate their ownership of shares or certificates in accordance with Mexico's Securities Markets Law.

The remaining Ps. 500 million will be paid in two additional installments: Ps. 300 million, or Ps. 0.75 per share, to be paid on or before September 30, 2014, against delivery of coupon 31; and Ps. 200 million, or Ps. 0.50 per share, to be paid on or before November 30, 2014, against delivery of coupon 32.
