AS Baltika announces a change to 2014 calendar for the investor publicised 18.12.2013.
The subscription period of AS Baltika convertible bonds public offer is 14-28 July 2014. To make II quarter financial information available to investors prior to making their investment decision, AS Baltika will disclose interim accounts for the II quarter on 21 July 2014 (initial publication was on 29 July).
Other dates as notified on 18.12.2013 remain unchanged. New prospective calendar for the investor is as follows:
