state in accordance with Ch. 1, Sec. 9 of the Securities Market Act. Hence, PWT
will publish information regarding its issued debt obligation instruments in
accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's
regulations. PWT has its registered office in Aalborg, Denmark and has issued
debt obligation instruments which will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
