Dr. Cornelius Patt, Switzerland, has informed us according to Article 21
Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on zooplus AG,
Munich, Germany, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on
June 27, 2014 and on that day amounted to 3.94% (this corresponds to
251,180 Voting Rights).

0.90% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 57,480 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Dr. Cornelius Patt in accordance with Article 22 Section 1
Sentence 1 No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Another 0.05%
of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2,918 Voting Rights) are attributed
to Dr. Cornelius Patt in accordance with Article 22 Section 1 Sentence 1
No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
