1) On 3 July 2014, Fresenius SE & Co. KGaA fell below the thresholds of 5%
of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Fresenius SE &
Co. KGaA held 0% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft
(equals 0 voting rights).

2) On 3 July 2014, Fresenius Management SE fell below the thresholds of 5%
of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Fresenius
Management SE held 0% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft (equals 0 voting rights).

3)On 3 July 2014, Else Kröner-Fresenius-Stiftung fell below the thresholds
of 5% of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM Aktiengesellschaft, Salzburger
Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Else Kröner
Fresenius Stiftung held 0% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM
Aktiengesellschaft (equals 0 voting rights).
