ORAVA RESIDENTIAL REIT PLC SIGNS A MARKET MAKING AGREEMENT FOR ITS NEW SHARES

Orava Residential REIT plc and Nordea Bank Finland have signed a market making agreement for its new shares (trading code: OREITN0114) on 3 July 2014.

According to the agreement, Nordea will provide Orava Residential REIT's share with bids and offers so that the maximum difference between the bid and offer prices is 4 % calculated from the bid quotation. The bids and offers quoted must be for at least 4,000 EUR worth of shares.

The liquidity proving will start on 7 July 2014.
