Tribona AB (publ) acquires three logistics properties in Malmö

Tribona has, via companies, acquired three logistics properties in Malmö with a property value of approximately SEK 120m. Seller is Skånska Industrifastigheter AB.

The properties Malmö Slätthög 2, Malmö Bronsdolken 9 and Malmö Stenåldern 6 are all modern logisitics properties, located close together in a good logistics position in Malmö with a total lettable area of 10 100 sq.m. The properties, with tenants as Lindab, Still and Imtech, are almost fully leased with an average lease agreement of 7.2 years.

Access is planned to take place 25 August 2014 and at the same time the purchase price will be paid.
