Prior to Genomind, Storrer was President and CEO of MEDecision and earlier in his career Chief Operations Officer for CIGNA's Healthcare, Group Insurance and International divisions with $1.8B operating expenses and over 17,000 employees.

Storrer received a bachelor's degree in Economcs and Mathematics from DePauw University in 1989 and an MBA from Boston University in 1993.
