Howat brings to Gates extensive experience in sales, marketing, and corporate communications. As an industry leader, he has launched many successful revenue-building initiatives. Previously, he held numerous positions with the Affinia Group including Director of Product Management, Director of Brand Marketing, and Director of Global Communications. He has also served on a variety of committees in the industry, including the AAIA Marketing Committee and the AASA Marketing Executives Council.
