Prime Office AG: Name change to Deutsche Office is completed
Cologne, 07 July 2014. From now on, Prime Office AG will be operating under
the name of DO Deutsche Office AG ("Deutsche Office"). The new company name
for the office property company with its focus on German metropolitan
regions has been entered today in the trade register of the city of
Cologne.
The share of Deutsche Office continues being traded in the Prime Standard
of the Frankfurt stock exchange under stock market symbol PMOX (WKN:
PRME02; ISIN: DE000PRME020).
Following a merger and being the legal successor of Prime Office REIT-AG
and OCM German Real Estate Holding AG, Deutsche Office stands for a leading
office property company that focuses on return-oriented growth in German
metropolitan regions.
The decision on the name change was made on 20 May 2014 during the annual
general meeting of Prime Office AG. 99.9 % of the shareholders voted in
favour of the proposal.
