Strong growth in property management earnings

• Rental incomes increased to SEK 261 million (231)

• Income from property management improved by 25 % to SEK 105 million

• Net profits for the period amounted to SEK 85 million (145)

• Property value increased to SEK 7,195 million (6,913)

• Equity per share amounted to SEK 28.75 (28.47)

• Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.88 kr (2.06)

“The business is growing with healthy profitability," says Platzer's CEO, P-G
Persson. "We increased earnings from property management by 25% by adding new
properties and improving the performance of existing properties. Our project and
property development work is continuing to unlock value in the portfolio. High
levels of activity in the transaction market are pushing down market yields. All
in all, this meant a 100% improvement in property-related earnings in the first
half of 2014."
