In order to strengthen the strategic management of STYLEPIT A/S it has been decided, that two of the companies founders will be taking a more active role on the Board of Directors. At the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held Friday, August 1, 2014 ; Nicolai Dines Kærgaard and Christian Bjerre Kusk will be candidates for the Board of Directors.
Nicolai Dines Kærgaard is co-founder, major shareholder and currently Business Development Director at STYLEPIT. Nicolai Dines Kærgaard has an MSc. in Finance from Copenhagen Business School and has a background as CEO of STYLEPIT A/S.
Christian Bjerre Kusk is co-founder, major shareholder and is currently Purchasing Director at STYLEPIT A/S.
At the Extraordinary General Meeting Friday, August 1, 2014 the following board members will be resigning from the Board of Directors : Klaus Nyengaard (Chairman), Morten Windfeldt and Christian Stadil.
Following a vote at the extraordinary general meeting shareholders have elected Nicolai Dines Kærgaard and Christian Bjerre Driver of the Board, the Board of Stylepit A / S consist of:
• Niels Mikkelsen (current board member)
• Poul Kusk (current board member)
• Nicolai Dines Kærgaard
• Christian Bjerre Kusk
