Opcon: Snowman of China orders two Opcon Powerbox

Energy and environmental technology group Opcon AB (publ) has received an order
for its state-of the art Waste Heat Recovery technology Opcon Powerbox from its
strategic partner Fujian Snowman Co. Ltd., Fuzhou, Fujian, China. The order is
for one Opcon Powerbox ORC and one Opcon Powerbox WST to be delivered for
operation in China.

Opcon Powerbox produces carbon-free electricity from waste heat at temperatures
as low as 55°C and can be installed in large process-industry plants, power
stations or in its marine version onboard larger ships. By utilizing waste heat,
electricity is produced from a source that would otherwise go to waste.

The order placed by Snowman is part of Opcon’s and Snowman’s joint effort to
introduce the technology on the Chinese market and will help reduce time to
market for the Joint Venture the parties are now working on setting up together.
