(Nasdaq:AMED), one of America's leading healthcare at home companies, announced today that it has been advised by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") that the investigation by the SEC related to the Company's operations and participation in the Medicare program has been completed and that the staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the SEC. The Company had previously reported the existence of this investigation in June 2010.
