Announcement according to Article 9, paragraph 3 Regulation (EC) Number
2273/2003 of December 22, 2003 concerning the implementation of
stabilization measures in line with the capital increase of mutares AG
(ISIN DE000A0SMSH2).

Munich, July 8, 2014 - As part of the capital increase of mutares AG
(registered in the commercial register of the Local Court of Munich under
HRB 172278), Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers KGaA was entitled according
to the representation in the prospectus dated May 12, 2014 in her function
as a stabilizing manager, to take own measures (or measures through
affiliated companies) to stabilize the stock market price of the existing
and / or new shares of mutares AG to resist existent selling pressure.

The stabilization period began with the publication of the subscription
price for the new shares on May 13, 2014 and ended on July 2, 2014.

During the stabilization period, no stabilization measures have been taken
by Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers KGaA.
