Nordecon Betoon OÜ, a subsidiary of the Nordecon group and Hallivana OÜ signed on 07.07.2014 a main contracting agreement for the construction of business and office building in Tallinn Hallivanamehe st 4, called Eesti Loto House. The works also include the design of the monolithic reinforced concrete framework. The nine-storeyed building will have two underground parking floors.
The value of the contract is approximately 6.0 million euros (excluding VAT). The construction begins in July and ends in September 2015.
