Orad estimates revenue growth of 22% to 26% in 2014

Kfar-Saba, Israel, July 10th 2014- Orad Hi-Tec Systems Ltd. (ISIN
IL0010838071; Symbol: OHT), a leading developer, marketer and distributor
of state-of-the-art 3D real-time graphic, video servers, and MAM solutions
for the broadcasting markets, announced today its expectations for revenues
and operating profits for 2014.

Orad is currently in the process of finalizing its financial statements for
the second quarter of 2014 and is already seeing a substantial growth in
revenues in this quarter compared to the same period last year.

Based on the information already available, Orad expects 2014 revenues to
be between USD 39.0- 40.0 million, representing an increase of 22% to 26%
compared to 2013 revenues.

The full year operating profits for 2014 are expected to be approximately
6% to 8% of revenues, compared to the operating loss of 5% in 2013.

Orad will be publishing its detailed financial statement for the second
quarter of 2014 on August 6th 2014.
