On 7 July 2014, GAGFAH S.A. (2-4, rue Beck, L-1222 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy
of Luxembourg (German Securities Code A0LBDT, ISIN LU0269583422)), received
two notifications as to the crossing of applicable shareholding thresholds
by shareholders according to the requirements of the Luxembourg
Transparency Law:

(i) from Lansdowne Partners Limited (15 Davies Street, London, Great
Britain) being the General Partner of Lansdowne Partners Limited
Partnership, and from Lansdowne Partners International Limited (15 Davies
Street, London, Great Britain), the parent undertaking of Lansdowne
Partners Limited, pursuant to which the indirectly controlled voting rights
fell below the 5% threshold of voting rights on 1 July 2014; and

(ii) from Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP (15 Davies Street, London, Great
Britain) and from Lansdowne Partners Limited which is the First Corporate
Member of Lansdowne Partners (UK) LLP and from Lansdowne Partners
International Limited being the parent undertaking of Lansdowne Partners
Limited pursuant to which the indirectly controlled voting rights crossed
above the 5% threshold of voting rights, reaching 8.51% of the voting
rights in the Company (18,380,763 shares corresponding to 18,380,763 voting
rights in the Company) on 1 July 2014.
