UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras authorized capital was increased from 10 000 LTL to 20 000 000 LTL.
By increasing UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras authorized capital the Company signed 4 442 222 units of the newly issued shares. After authorized capital increase, the Company's percentage of total shares of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras increased from 20 percent to 22.22 percent.
