Correction of the voting rights release of 23 June 2014

Notification of voting rights in accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG

Masterflex SE:  Subject to publication throughout Europe in accordance with
§ 26 para. 1 WpHG

In accordance with § 21 para. 1 WpHG, Stichting Administratiekantoor
Monolith of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, informed us on 19 June 2014 that
their share of voting rights in Masterflex SE, Gelsenkirchen, Germany,
exceeded the thresholds of three and five per cent of the voting rights on
1 May 2014 and on that day amounted to 6.02 per cent (corresponding to
533,461 voting rights).

6.02 per cent of the voting rights (corresponding to 533,461 voting rights)
are to be attributed to Stichting Administratiekantoor Monolith in
accordance with § 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no 1 WpHG.

These voting rights are held by the following subsidiary companies, whose
voting rights in Masterflex SE amount to three or five per cent or more: 
Monolith Duitsland B.V.
