Balder acquires centrally located properties


Balder has acquired the properties Nordstaden 10:16 and 10:17 in the city centre
of Gothenburg and Havsfrun 26 in central Stockholm. The properties in
Gothenburg, covering a total lettable area of about 7,900 sqm., are primarily
leased to Grand Hotel Opera. Havsfrun is an multitenant office building and
comprises a total lettable area of approximately 3,500 sqm.
The underlying property value is approximately SEK 475 million.
