LogMeIn Customers Win 2014 Technology ROI Awards From Nucleus Research for Rescue and join.me Deployments


BOSTON, July 14, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- LogMeIn, Inc. (Nasdaq:LOGM) has announced that two of its customers BTS and Rice Toyota, were named 2014 recipients of Technology ROI Awards from Nucleus Research for their join.me and Rescue implementations which resulted in considerable returns on investment for both organizations.

The 11th Annual Technology ROI Awards recognize the top ten companies whose deployments of IT solutions have produced tremendous value per dollar spent (ROI). BTS, a strategy implementation firm, adopted join.me for web conferencing, enabling the company to reduce expenses and improve employee productivity and collaboration. According to Nucleus' research, this resulted in a 741% ROI.

Rice Toyota implemented LogMeIn Rescue to accelerate the resolution of IT helpdesk tickets by remotely accessing employees' computers, driving greater IT and general staff productivity and better business continuity. As a result, Nucleus Research estimated that Rescue saved Rice Toyota's IT 9.3 hours per week on support issues, equating to a 1,172% ROI—making this Rescue deployment one of the six of ten winners that achieved a return in excess of 1,000%.
