KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 14.07.2014 AT 09.00 1(2) Kesko's sales in June 2014 Kesko Group's sales, excluding VAT, in June 2014 totalled €792.1 million, down 0.9%. In Kesko's food trade, sales in June were €369.7 million, matching the level of the previous year. The number of delivery days in June was one more than in the previous year. In the home and speciality goods trade, sales in June were €94.7 million, a decrease of 7.5%. The sales performance was especially impacted by the decline in the sales of the department store trade. Sales growth was recorded by the online stores and Asko and Sotka. The number of retail selling days in June was one less than in the previous year. In the building and home improvement trade, sales in June were €248.5 million, up 2.6%. In terms of local currencies, sales increased by 6.6%. Sales in Finland increased by 9.8%. Sales abroad decreased by 2.0% in euros, but increased by 4.5% in local currencies. In the car and machinery trade, sales in June were €92.3 million, a decrease of 5.8%. VV-Auto's sales in June were €63.9 million, up 1.7%. Konekesko's sales in June were €28.4 million, a decrease of 19.0% from the previous year.
